Our office has been working from home since March 16, 2020.  We do not yet have a date when we plan to return to the office.  Due to the health implications of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the COVID-19 pandemic, our office will be instituting the following policies for your and our safety upon our return;

Cold and Flu-Like Symptoms

If you have any cold and flu like symptoms, even mild ones, we ask that you stay home and re-schedule your appointment.  We ask that you pay extremely close attention to your health and err on the side of caution even if you think it is “just allergies”. The BC CDC now recommends testing for anyone with any cold and flu-like symptoms, even mild symptoms.  Even if you do get tested, and your results are negative, false negatives are possible and we, therefore, ask that you stay home until symptoms resolve.

Non-Medical Masks

Clients and visitors to our office will be required to wear non-medical masks when visiting our office.  Likewise, we will be wearing non-medical masks when we have anyone in our office area other than those who work in our office. Our office will have a supply of disposable surgical masks available for your use should you forget your mask.

Physical Distancing

We request that at all times while you are in our office you maintain, whenever possible, a minimum of 6 feet between yourself and others.  As a consequence of this we ask your understanding when we do not shake your hand on meeting.

Upon entering our office, you will be asked to use an alcohol-based sanitizer on your hands.  After each client visit, we will be sanitizing high touch areas including door handles, boardroom chairs, tables, light switches, clipboards, and pens.

Virtual Visits

If you do not feel comfortable coming into our office for any reason, we understand.  We are happy to conduct visits via telephone and video conferencing.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with these policies that we have in place to help keep everyone stay safe.

Stay Safe,
